2、對于兩拼以上的產(chǎn)品，如果兩拼之間的圖案可以做到無縫連接，應(yīng)盡量采用一刀切的印后加工方式，不要在中間留下空隙。因?yàn)椴捎靡坏肚械姆绞娇梢怨?jié)省紙張、節(jié)省制作刀模的費(fèi)用，且有利于模切后清廢。

兩拼之間的圖案如果無法做到無縫連接，或者受到兩個(gè)產(chǎn)品形狀的限制，無法做到一刀切，那么兩個(gè)產(chǎn)品之間一般來說少要留出4mm寬的排刀位置，并且每個(gè)產(chǎn)品少要有2mm的圖案出血。
