If the environmental temperature and humidity are not well controlled, it will lead to paper deformation and affect the normal printing. Therefore, to maintain the appropriate environment temperature and humidity is the key to improve the quality of paper printing and production efficiency.

當環境溫度低于10℃時，將大大影響金銀卡類紙張適性，當金銀卡類紙張的儲存環境溫度在0℃左右時，從紙庫運送到印刷車間后，其表面就會因溫差而出現大量水汽，影響正常印刷，會導致廢品出現。如果遇到上述問題，而且交貨期緊張，工作人員可先打開UV燈管讓紙張空跑一遍，使其溫度與環境溫度相平衡后再正式印刷。
