一、覆膜工藝

1、 Film coating process

覆膜工藝就是將塑料薄膜覆蓋于印刷品表面，并采用黏合劑經加熱、加壓后使之粘合在一起，形成紙、塑合一的印刷品的加工技術。

Film covering process is the processing technology of covering plastic film on the surface of printed matter and bonding it together with adhesive after heating and pressurization to form a printed matter of paper and plastic.

二、燙金工藝

2、 Bronzing process

燙金工藝是利用熱壓轉移的原理，將電化鋁中的鋁層轉印到承印物表面以形成特殊的金屬效果，因燙金使用的主要材料是電化鋁箔，因此燙金也叫電化鋁燙印。

The bronzing process uses the principle of hot press transfer to transfer the aluminum layer in electrochemical aluminum to the surface of the substrate to form a special metal effect. Because the main material used for bronzing is electrochemical aluminum foil, bronzing is also called electrochemical aluminum hot stamping.

三、上光工藝

3、 Glazing process

上光工藝就是在印刷品表面涂（或噴、印）上一層無色透明的涂料，經流平、干燥、壓光、固化后在印刷品表面形成一種薄而勻的透明光亮層的工藝。

Glazing process is to apply (or spray or print) a layer of colorless and transparent coating on the surface of printed matter, and form a thin and uniform transparent bright layer on the surface of printed matter after leveling, drying, calendering and curing.

四、擊凸工藝

4、 Bump process

擊凸工藝是凹凸壓印對印刷品表面進行裝飾加工的一種特殊手法。它是使用凹凸模具，在一定的壓力作用下，使印刷品基材發生塑性變形，進而對印刷品表面進行藝術加工。

Embossing process is a special method of decorative processing on the surface of printed matter by concave convex embossing. It uses concave convex mold to make the substrate of printed matter plastic deformation under certain pressure, and then carry out artistic processing on the surface of printed matter.

五、模切壓痕

5、 Die cutting indentation

模切壓痕是利用鋼刀、鋼線排列成模板，在壓力作用下將印刷品加工成所要求的形狀的工藝。

Die cutting indentation is a process that uses steel knives and steel wires to form a template to process the printed matter into the required shape under the action of pressure.

六、局部UV工藝

6、 Local UV process

它是一種絲印工藝，通過對紙盒表面圖文進行局部涂布UV光油來提升印品的炫彩效果。

It is a silk screen printing process, which improves the dazzling effect of printed products by locally coating UV varnish on the surface of carton.

七、逆向上光

7、 Reverse glazing

逆向上光工藝的工作原理是利用涂布型UV光油與底印UV光油（墨斗型UV光油）的“互斥”原理，一次性實現凹凸質感和不同光澤的效果，即在無底油處涂布上光油實現亮光效果，有底油的地方涂布上光油后，實現啞光效果。

它是通過燙金版的變化表現出一種金屬感和立體感更強的燙金方式。通過浮雕圖案的凹凸變化，使圖文呈現出金屬浮雕般的質感，使燙金圖文跳出平面，帶來更強的視覺沖擊力。

It shows a more metallic and three-dimensional bronzing method through the change of bronzing plate. 九、鐳射壓印轉移

9、 Laser imprint transfer

它是在印品表面涂布UV光油后進入壓印系統，將印品與鐳射轉移膜復合在一起，再經UV光照射瞬間固化，將印品與鐳射轉移膜剝離，使鐳射轉移膜表面的鐳射圖案轉移至印品。

After UV varnish is coated on the surface of the print, it enters the embossing system, combines the print with the laser transfer film, and then solidifies instantly after UV light irradiation. Finally, the print is stripped from the laser transfer film to transfer the laser pattern on the surface of the laser transfer film to the print.

十、冰點雪花

10、 Freezing snowflakes

冰點雪花是油墨絲印在金卡紙、銀卡紙、鐳射卡紙、PVC等承印物上經紫外光照射起皺及UV光固化后，在印品表面形成的一種具有細密砂感、手感細膩的工藝。
