所謂重影就是用一塊印版印出的圖像錯移，在印張上能夠看到雙重、三重的圖影。濟南畫冊印刷期間出現重影的原因有多種，比如紙張、叼牙、滾筒、橡皮布、印速、油墨黏度等各種因素非常復雜。可以采用下述方法來檢查原因并處理。

③檢查滾筒包襯和印刷壓力。

④查看紙張適性。紙張適性不良，特別是在叼口部位起波浪的紙張，容易發生重影，故要進行檢查。

④ Check the paper suitability. The suitability of the paper is poor, especially the paper with waves at the mouth is easy to duplicate, so it should be checked.

⑤降低油墨的黏度。油墨黏度高，紙張不能順利剝離橡皮布，使紙張的拖梢部分不穩定，從而產生重影。可以適當降低油墨的黏度。

⑤ Reduce the viscosity of the ink. The ink viscosity is high, and the paper can not peel off the blanket smoothly, which makes the trailing part of the paper unstable, thus producing ghosting. The viscosity of the ink can be appropriately reduced.

⑥叼牙的調節。叼牙的調節不良和保養不當，是造成重影的一大原因。因此應定期做好叼牙的調節和維護檢查，使之經常保持良好的工作狀態。

⑥ Adjustment of teeth. The bad adjustment and improper maintenance of the teeth in the mouth are the main reasons for the ghosting. Therefore, the adjustment, maintenance and inspection of the teeth should be done regularly to keep them in good working condition.
